GrainBrief is not a commodity trading advisor, broker, crop consultant, insurance agent, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, futures trading, hedging, agronomic, chemical-label, crop insurance, tax, legal, or procurement advice. You are responsible for confirming local prices, contract terms, product labels, application requirements, safety rules, and business decisions with your supplier, elevator, lender, agronomist, attorney, accountant, or other licensed advisor.
GrainBrief uses public and licensed-by-source data feeds, including U.S. government and Federal Reserve sources where available. These sources may be delayed, revised, incomplete, unavailable, estimated, or published on daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, or annual schedules. "Live" or "latest" means the most recent value GrainBrief has successfully ingested from the relevant source; it does not mean every data point updates in real time.
GrainBrief is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by USDA, NOAA, the National Weather Service, the CFTC, EIA, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, or any other public data provider. Source names are used only for attribution and transparency.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." GrainBrief does not guarantee pricing outcomes, savings, market direction, source availability, forecast accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Do not use GrainBrief as the sole basis for purchasing, selling, hedging, applying agricultural products, crop insurance, or safety decisions.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Trials are 14 days. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds on partial months.
You retain ownership of all purchase data you enter. We do not share your organization's price data with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
