GrainBrief ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization, purchase prices you enter), usage data (pages visited, features used), and billing data processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.
If you use a GrainBrief demo account, pilot account, or free trial, we may track account activity such as login time, pages viewed, reports opened, alerts configured, and API usage. We use this to support onboarding, measure product engagement, improve the service, and follow up with relevant sales or support messages.
Your data powers your weekly scorecards and alert rules. We use aggregate, anonymized data to improve our signal engine. We do not share individual purchase price data outside your organization.
GrainBrief also ingests public market, weather, freight, and economic datasets from public sources. Those datasets are separate from the private purchase records you enter into your account.
